Saboe is located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills in Minato. The shop is definitely a treat for the eyes, featuring a design of light wood and ample natural lighting. You're warmly welcomed and immediately offered small tea samples. I was primarily introduced to tea blends, which had a beautifully balanced taste. They also offer some tea equipment and pure teas, though it’s not a place to linger and enjoy a full tea experience—it’s more focused on retail.
